Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to the handling and storage of the data provided as a voluntary contribution by users of the websites of the Ökotárs Foundation (http://okotars.hu/; http://evfaja.okotars.hu/; http://www.civiljogok.hu/; https://norvegcivilalap.hu/hu; http://svajcivil.hu/) related to registration, application, voting and newsletter subscription, and the handling of applications and / or newsletters.

 

The personal data provided by users during the use of the web pages will be handled according to the applicable legal requirements and may only be used to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

The data related to the applications is processed by the Ökotárs Foundation and as a web developer, Farm Studio Kft. (address: 1024 Budapest, Fillér u. 23 I / 7, website: http://farm.co.hu; .co.hu).

 

Any person concerned may request information regarding the handling of one’s personal data and may request the rectification or - except for the statutory data handling - the deletion of one’s personal data, as indicated during the submission and by sending a written application to the Data Handler

 

Data correction or deletion may be requested by email sent to the the Data Handler’s address info@okotars.hu.

 

At the user's request, the Data Handler shall provide information on the data it handles, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the data processor's name, address (headquarters) and it’s activities related to data management and who and for what purpose it receives or has received the data. The Data Handler shall provide the information in writing and in an understandable form within the shortest possible time, but no later than 30 days from the submission of the request.

 

The Data Handler deletes the personal data if it is unlawful, the person concerned requests so, the purpose of data management has expired or the statutory deadline for data storage has expired, or it is ordered by the court or by the data protection commissioner.

 

The Data Handler informs the person concerned of the correction and deletion, as well as those who previously had received the data for data management. It happens without notification if it does not violate the legitimate interests of the person concerned for the purposes of data management.

 

If the person concerned does not agree with the information and / or the decision related to one’s request (and informs the Data Handler), or the Data Handler does not make a statement by the deadline, the person concerned may turn to the court in 30 days from the date of the decision or from the last day of the deadline .

 

Further remedies, complaints can be made to the National Data Protection and Information Authority
